The 2014 Jaguar F-Type may be one of the most anticipated reveals of the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Now that the car has debuted, we’ve got the F-Type covered in a First Look as well as in photos below. Here are a few key facts about the upcoming roadster:

The F-Type will be one of the sportiest Jags in recent memory. Its target? The Porsche 911. The F-Type’s base engine is a 340-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 and an F-Type S will be tuned to produce 380 hp. The range-topping F-Type V8 S will come packing a 495-hp 5.0-liter supercharged V-8, with an estimated 0-60 mph time of 4.2 seconds.
- Its curb weight is approximately 3550 pounds, with much of the chassis and sheetmetal constructed from aluminum. Engineers have achieved a near 50:50 front:rear weight balance.
- Depending on trim, the F-Type will come with a mechanical or electronically-controlled limited-slip differential, adaptive suspension system, and launch control.
- Styling is modern with hints of the iconic E-Type.
