Pricing for the 2013 Mini Countryman John Cooper Works has been released along with MSRP info for the rest of the 2013 Mini lineup, from the least expensive 2013 Mini Hardtop to the most expensive 2013 Mini Countryman. As for the new 211-hp all-wheel-drive Countryman JCW, the performance SUV starts at $35,550.
The revised standard equipment list for all 2013 Minis and now includes Bluetooth standard (formerly a $500 option) while satellite radio with a one-year subscription is now a $250 option (standard before). The Technology package now includes satellite radio, Comfort Access, Mini Connected, and a center armrest prewired for iPhone adapter.
2013 Mini Countryman
While the Countryman John Cooper Works is new for 2013, pricing for the other Countryman models is up $250 from last year. The 2013 Mini Countryman now starts at $22,700 while the turbocharged S model is $3600 more. For $1700 more all-wheel drive can be added to the S model to create the $28,000 Countryman S ALL4. The $35,550 Countryman John Cooper Works model is $7550 more than the S ALL4 model, which gives it the largest price hike for a John Cooper Works model.
2013 Mini Hardtop and Convertible
A modest $200 price bump separates the 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop models’ pricing over last year. The base Cooper model now starts at $20,400 while the turbocharged Cooper S model adds $3600 to the bottom line. Stepping up to the Mini Cooper Hardtop John Cooper Works bumps the regular Cooper S’ price $6800 to $30,600.
The Mini Hardtop gains an available $1250 Premium package that includes a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, automatic wipers, and automatic climate control. Mini says ordering the $1250 package saves $500 compared to purchasing the three popular options separately.
The four-seat 2013 Mini Cooper Convertible also sees a $200 price increase from last year with the base convertible starting at $25,850. Add $3000 for the more powerful S model. The JCW-tuned convertible costs $36,000.
2013 Mini Coupe and Roadster
Pricing for the funky two-seat 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe is up $150 across the range. Base Coupes start at $22,150 while the S model is $3300 more. At the top of the Coupe lineup is the JCW model, at $32,050.
Mini’s other two-seat model, the 2013 Mini Roadster, gets a much larger $1200 price increase over the 2012 model due to the addition of the rear window deflector and semi-automatic folding top as standard equipment. The new Roadster base model starts at $26,250 with the Roadster S costing an additional $3000. At $36,400, the Roadster John Cooper Works model is $400 more than the JCW convertible.

Like the Hardtop and Convertible, the 2013 Mini Clubman also gets a $200 price increase over last year. The Mini Clubman starts at $22,100 while the Clubman S tacks $3700 onto the base price. Moving up to the JCW model increases the price $7200 over the S model, to $33,000.
The Mini Clubman is available with the same $1250 Premium Package as the Hardtop model.
All Mini pricing includes a $700 destination fee.
